A tad bit late but here it is. I will continue to update this throughout the month of March.
Marching Towards 1.3
Please understand that it takes a significant number of resources and time to make an overhaul mod. TaleWorld promised more mod support and haven't released that yet. Furthermore, TaleWorlds is updating their game which causes more issues than solves for modders. Now I dont blame TaleWorlds for trying to make their game better. However, it does suck that the few modders in the community have to basically push through round after round of bugs/errors/etc to try and get their mods up and running again. Please have patience. We will get there but not anytime soon. Everyone on our team has a specialized role. They did specific things.
Our current gameplan is to not make this game compatible with the DLC. As not everyone bought the DLC. At some point we will run a poll on Patreon and decide to either fork it and do development for DLC or stay on vanilla. But we will not be able to do both as the DLC requirements are very different than vanilla.
XMLs
Every single XML has to be redone basically from the ground up to ensure it is compatible with the changes in 1.3.
Haterade will be focusing on this task in the upcoming months.
Coding
We learned some lessons. We are going to refactor our code for 1.3 but do it in such a way that each feature is fully tested and bug free before releasing it. This provides a more stable environment for our community.
Recreating The Map
The Bannerlord famous Lemmy has been commissioned to rebuild the map from the ground up. It will take quite a bit of time but should eliminate the issues from the previous map. He has already finished the Harad and Southern Gondor (5) and is now moving onto Khand, Rhun, Dale, and Erebor/Iron Hills (3).

Map Icons
Timber is trying to finish creating every kingdom's map icons. He is currently focusing on Dale and a few custom ones for Mordor. We will reuse Aseri for Harad and most likely Khuzait for Khand.
Settlement Placement
Huge shoutout to Thyrell and Beast for making a vista map and coming up with where every single settlement should be. This allowed me to quickly plop down settlements in order to speed giving the map over to Lemmy for him to start his work. Please note. Just because it is on this map doesn't mean it will end up in the game. We have limitations within the engine that we have to account for.

The legendary KEYforce has been hard at work in his forge. I think these armors are his best yet.

Gondor was one of the first Kingdom 3D assets we did as a mod. Thyrell, Beast, KEYforce and Solus are on a mission to take all of the lessons we have learned to remake this kingdom as it should be.
Dale Kingdom Armors
Solus is hard at work making the kingdom armors and then weapons for Dale.
This is a focus in the upcoming months.
Dwarven Kitbash
KEYforce is focusing on creating a Dwarven kitbash for our sceners.
Rivendell Kitbash
Solus is assigned this task in the upcoming months.
Spiders & Animations
The creatures have been created by the dynamic duo KEYforce and Nova! However, we have to spend quite a bit of time learning how to implement animations from the ground up... in an engine that hates us.

Elephant, Mûmakil & Animations
The creates have been created by KEYforce. Now Artem is looking into how to create animations and improve on the existing animations he did for the Elephant already!
