Local Storage
What the site stores in your browser
TAOM stores one temporary browser session entry to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. This is
kept in sessionStorage, not as a persistent tracking cookie, and it clears when the browser
session ends.
Third-Party Services
External platforms may apply their own policies
Some pages, especially the news mirror, can load Patreon-hosted images or link out to Patreon, Discord,
YouTube, Nexus Mods, ModDB, and similar services. When your browser requests content from them, those
services may receive standard technical request data and may set or read their own cookies.
Hosting
Standard web delivery still involves request data
Like any publicly hosted static site, normal web infrastructure may process technical request information
needed to deliver pages and assets. That is separate from custom tracking code inside TAOM itself.
Future Changes
If TAOM adds more features later
If the site later adds analytics, embedded widgets, forms, or persistent preference storage, this policy
should be updated so the notice remains accurate and reflects the actual behavior of the website.
